Campaign Tracking
With all the effort put forth to execute the campaign, a key point of failure for campaign effectiveness lies with the tracking and analysis. Just getting the message out isn’t sufficient. How was that message received? What does the overall response to the message say for future campaigns?

Affinova certainly isn’t the easiest firm to categorize. They are idea generation specialist that understand product launches and branding. Okay, plenty of firms that do this, but what they’ve also done is brought analytics to the party by finding ways to quantify steps in their development methodology. Innovation by the numbers.

With a name like that these folks better be some serious data geeks… and from outward appearances they are. If you have solid datasets and really want to tear into it to create better segmentations, predictive models, calculate acquistion / retention costs, or develop a better revenue / channel attribution approach they have the chops to get the work done.
Biggest limitations are slight on-shore delivery, and focus on financial vertical.

Has a centralized MDM focus on measuring ROI and pushing continuous improvement metrics from a marketers perspective. It’s great that they’ve messaged towards the highly valuable marketing horizontal, but by moving too far up the service paradigm I think they’ve taken the eye off the ball in terms of the core integration requirements (like an Initiate Systems) and have opened themselves to more focused marketing service providers like a MarketingNPV or VisionEdge.

A full service agency that has a well defined methodology for enacting a customer centric program. It’s not just about pushing “insights” but in driving engagement. Have some very large, brand name clients under contract. A very interesting firm worth considering.
